So I'm on my notice period and I'm very happy I'm leaving.
When i told my boss I'm leaving all i got was “good luck”. Now they're treating me like a ghost. I have a one month notice period but they removed me from most of my meetings without even telling me, just a notification on my calendar. They don't even invite me for meetings as well.
It's such a poor behavior…
In my previous company, they gave me a goodbye gifts, my TL was super supportive till the end, i was participating in the meetings and everything.
But hey, we're one big happy family here
