He said he would reduce my pay to what I was previously getting paid if I told anyone. I was very happy to get this raise and I don't mind keeping my mouth shut about it but I'm just wondering if that was even legal? I'm aware that telling my wages to others is 100% legal and I shouldn't receive backlash for it but this was a bit different than I usually see.
