Hi,
so i'm just asking for opinions here because this situation is stressing me out.
I started a new job in the beginning of august and on the first week there, i felt like my boss was rude, but waited it out see if my feeling changed. Stayed another week and that feeling got worse, everytime i asked questions that were job related he has an annoyed face expression, if he asked me to do something i didnt know how to do yet he would just look annoyed and go to the task himself instead of showing me. Another red flag i got is that he doesnt speak the same way towards woman than he does with men? like idk if hes sexist but i felt like he felt alot more superior giving orders to woman than men, as in he doesnt ask he tells you to do no questions asked. I get thats hes a boss, but theres a way to give tasks without feeling like i was his bitch. Always seemed in a bad mood. The thing is the job was nice and my coworkers were all nice but they all had the same opinion about him, that he had a way of saying things that was seen as rude. I really didn't want to work for someone like that at that point. So i quit. But they didn't pay me. When i asked why, they told me it was because i had to take my uniform back, but i had already left it there. I told so and even tho they were wrong, now they wont pay me for the next 2 weeks even tho i dont even have the damn shirt. So basically i will have to wait a month (counting the first 2 weeks i worked) for that pay. Idk what to do i have stuff to pay and my new job wont pay me until 2 weeks from here cause i just started and im relying on that money from that first job to live and its stressing me out.
