My punishment for switching jobs is having my out of pocket maximum reset

So, with my current employer and current insurance, I've already met my out of pocket maximum for the plan year because I had my son. I decided to switch to another job with another company and will increase my salary by $20k plus a bonus. However, my insurance will be reset. I hadn't considered that before, so now I'm scrambling to hopefully schedule my partner's sleep study and my toddlers minor surgical procedure, plus purchase a CPAP if necessary all before the end of June. And I don't even know if the doctor will schedule my daughter's procedure because he wanted to wait until she was 3 and she's only 2.5. Tying insurance to work and insurance not covering everything is such baloney. Especially for kids. It's not like my toddler's life choices led to her having trigger thumb.
