A little context. I have been working this job for 7 months. I've worked very hard to get the position I wanted and get out of pulling flooring.
When I started, it was the work I was receiving. However as time went on, she started keeping all of the cherry picker work while I'm left operating 2 machines with no additional pay, while she maintains the same pay I have operating one machine and getting all the cherry picker work. I feel like I am working my ass off for nothing as she will continue to get all the work that I worked very hard for to just be thrown under the bus because she is a woman. How do I go about this? This is a fence I never thought I would be standing on.
