For two weeks I didn’t get paid at all, it took such a big effort to fix and my parents had to step in on my behalf even. Finally it’s been fixed and now my supervisor hates me, she won’t talk to me unless absolutely necessary, and even then she talks at me instead of to me like an adult. At some point I hurt my wrist pretty good and all I wanted was to say I probably need help lifting heavier things but she didn’t even look at me and acted like I wasn’t there. My theory is she’s mad that we went well above her position to get paid what I was owed or got in trouble for dropping the ball that bad, which is deserved. I enjoy my job for the most part, but man, do immature, petty people ruin it for me. Can I make a complaint about unprofessional behavior in the work place? , she is acting this way to someone with special needs which definitely doesn’t make it better.
