Yesterday on account of personal issues, I told I needed to leave two hours earlier. Unexpectedly there were some issues with the trains on the way to work and back home, which cause him to suspect that was the reason I was going early.
But anyway, after changing to my street clothes he saw .e coming out of work around 13h50, and said that I had to go at 2pm and there were still important things he had to double check with me for the weekend work.
Bear in mind, I am self employed and one of the 8 people working with the same responsibilities.
He keeps telling me I am the leader whe he is absent, despite being the most underpaid of all the team.
I ended up having a fit, and telling him wtf, work is not more important than my personal life.
Did end up spending another 30 mins at work running down things for the weekend, which was dumb.
Just wanted to get this out of my chest, in this thread
