A week ago she suggested we have end of year drinks together as a team. I agreed. But after that she began giving me the silent treatment and was acting really rude. I made other plans for the evening and decided not to go. I decided not to tell her because it was too awkward and just to bail at the last minute.
She got annoyed when I did and asked if it was because of her. I said yes, and you've been really rude to me the last few days. The rest of my team are annoyed because I made it awkward. But I think she didn't need to make me come out for drinks. And if she didn't want an answer then she shouldn't have asked the question.
She has been bullying me for the last two years. I've asked my boss for help numerous times but she did nothing. I'm leaving my job in a few days and I don't care what she thinks anymore
