Antiwork

My therapist has decided to work through lunch for me and I don’t know how to deal with that. Looking for your input.

I am currently experiencing something of a mental health crisis, and I asked if I could see her more frequently. She has decided to cut her lunch in half every two weeks to see me more often. When she said that, I did protest, but I was also crying somewhat violently at the time, so it didn't really get through. I am in my 30s, but she is much younger and I am worried about contributing to that kind of work behaviour, especially since the severity of my situation is in large part to a very bad burnout I ignored until it completely crippled me. I was hoping you guys could give me some of your thoughts on this. (I will not leave this post up for too long, I was just hoping for some outside perspective.)
