I'm shocked that I've been blind to it for so long.
Long story short, myself and a few other employees (there isn't many of us, it's a small business) have noticed our clock in/out times being altered without prior knowledge or consent.
Usually, it seems to be done in a way that “rounds” your hours. For example, my timsheet will show 40.00 hours, which is near impossible due to the few minutes you arrive early or late, or the 10-15 minutes you usually stay after.
What do I do?
