I have two stepsons. One is 10yrs old and the other is 8yrs old. We live on an acre lot and there are some weeds that need to be pulled.
I’m (35f) currently 9 months pregnant so I offered to pay them to help me out. I offered them at first $10 and they said no way. So I offered $12 dollars and they said they wouldn’t do it unless I gave them $20 each lol..
I imagine it MIGHT take them an hour TOPS to finish. I can’t help but think about how I worked at a dental office for $7.25/hr and was in the veterinary field for 13 years and my highest paid wage was $15/hr and I worked nights in an emergency and critical care hospital/surgical center..
I don’t know if I should be proud or upset?? 🤔
