I posted about this before. I got a job at a competitor, gave my two weeks notice, my former boss found out what company and filed a Cease and Desist against one of their employees for poaching. They decided not to fight it so the job disappeared. Then my former boss fired me for trying to go elsewhere.
I wasn't really wanting to spend money on a lawyer so I just filed for unemployment but now that was just denied. I've never dealt with this before. I need witnesses and counsel? I have 3 interviews this week. Is it worth it? Although I hated that this bastard is getting away with this.
