They've filed federal unfair labor charges against the companies they work for. I'm going to be a little vague here just for my sake, but they're holding strong for a raise, an increase in paid sick days, and a few other things. These poor guys are doing the jobs of multiple people and being treated unfairly and worked to the bone.
It isn't my contract specifically being challenged here but we are all on strike now. Solidarity brothers and sisters. It's the only way to force these companies to stop taking advantage of us.
