As the title suggests. This is a common thing I'm sure.
I'm (26F) overwhelmed in my position right now. Lot's of technical tasks and in depth account maintenance. I work in the banking industry and I am beyond floored with the growing expectations of my department. My manager messages my team all excited yesterday, stating we will be adding new processes. I'm talking full fledged loan officer tasks that we aren't trained for. I have a feeling it's because they can't keep loan officers employed due to the poor wages. Every time we hire someone, they leave….I wonder WHYYYY…..
I hate that it's about the money. I hate working. I also hate that this job acts like they care yet you are ripped off.
