It’s with my old team whom I love because everyone is genuinely nice and supportive. Management is also great with communication, training and feedback. An old co-worker is leaving temporarily so we’re saying our goodbyes and wishing her well.
I was excited about going but I’ve been feeling down lately. Mainly about my current team and the quality of my current managers. I don’t feel up to socialising and smiling when my contract is about to end in two months with no guarantee of renewal. I’ve been job hunting in the meantime and have planned to take myself out for lunch alone instead. This might seem sad, but I really enjoy dining alone in restaurants.
