I had to relocate for this job, because of their obsession with being in office. Even tho I did said job remotely for 6 months. They started with volunteer days in office, then started forcing once a week with one more day of your choosing. Now they just announced we must be in on 2 days that they decided, and went from open desk to assigned seats. I am infuriated because it feels like we are being treated like children. Currently looking for new jobs but any company that tries to force people to do this shit is the devil. Let us work how we want, where we want, when we want.
