My work place is asking me to do stuff outside of my job description

I’m a social worker at a community center that has childcare service, one of the childcare staff had to leave early so they asked me to fill in because I don’t have a meeting even though I had other responsibilities. When I applied for this job they did not mention childcare, I did not apply this job to be a baby sitter. And management is mad at me now, in our team meeting later today the manager said that “any team member is expected to make themselves available for childcare when asked by another team member unless they have a meeting” and he proceeded to say he would do the same thing.He gets paid three time as much as I do. And now my direct supervisor wants to check in with me first thing in the morning to go over my roles and responsibilities. Which as we all know means…

This place is a nonprofit by the way. So yea nonprofits can be just as toxic as for profit
