So I work for a call center company and if you can't show that you already have health benefits else where you have to get benifits with them . I have benifits with my husband's company and emailed them proof of that. I noticed since July of this year they have been taking out 40$ each check for benifits. When I reached out to hr they told me if have to fill out an * opt out from * and I wouldn't get back paid . I told them I emailed hr giving them all the information they needed and still refuse back pay what do I do ?
