My work wants me to work Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. Am I wrong for wanting to quit? It’s a group home.

I love the people I support. I want to be with them for Christmas Day. I love spending time with them so much. But not a full 8 hours (on this day only) because then I don’t get to see any of my family. I don’t know what to do.
