I'm really Ill, I have COVID-19. I'll be honest I've been sick a lot this year. I have issues with my immune system. I'm currently in the process of getting a diagnosis from the doctors but waiting lists are extremely long.
I missed a call from my manager this morning because I was asleep sick. I realized about 2 hours later when I woke up. I straight away phoned in. I got thrashed by my manager. He said I didn't follow my procedure. I've gone AWOL. I shouldn't have to chase you up.
I'm feeling like shit right now because I'm worried it will go onto my already bad record. They don't pay sick leave. I have no idea how I'm going to survive next month.
What the hell can I do and what can I use in my defense if I am pulled in for temporarily being AWOL and my way too many absences
