This week, 10% of the workplace caught covid, with many of them being forced to return to work whilst still ill and very contagious.
As of tomorrow, no time off will be given to those with Covid – and due to very backwards policies in place regarding illnesses, those who do stay home are at a very real risk of losing their jobs (3 strikes and you're out policy).
We have multiple employees here who are very vulnerable, such as cancer survivors and people on immune suppressants.
Fuck this company, they can afford to do better.
We've made you record profits during this pandemic whilst putting our health on the line, and all we got was an additional 1% pay rise for it.
