I'm not sure what more I can do to prove I deserve to have the job I have at the rate of hours that was agreed to in my interview… Like wtf. Even worse-they cut my hours to hire a new manager who I have to train even though I'm just an associate-who is making more $ then me and is an absolute dinosaur that doesn't have basic computer skills. Oh and also found out that I'm making less money then my coworker who started after me and doesn't give 2 fuck$ about anything. Really don't get why this is happening apart from the world of retail just being an absolute shit show that is progressively making itself more obsolete. I'm so sick of the meaningless platitudes and consolation prizes in the American corporate workforce.
