Nandos is a terrible employer, I’ve been with them less than a year (June 2021) and they’re already treating me poorly.

I only work 12hrs a week there since my partner is disabled and I had no problem with the job at first. I worked 4 hr shifts 3 days a week or 6hr shifts twice a week, then they started giving me exclusively late night shifts (5-11, although we usually get out latter than 11 since we leave when the building is clean), I still didn't really care since it's 2 days a week and I'm working for extra money. Then they started attacking my performance, constantly telling me that my close quality is poor (i do literally the same as everyone else it's not rocket since to clean a grill), telling me I don't monitor my stock levels, telling me that I'm shit at my job basically. A few weeks ago they sat me down for a “review” (just a meeting with a manager), where i was told that I am basically losing the company money since they can't trust me to work the busy hours and nights, and them having to put a wait on the door when the restaurant is fucking full, or put deliveroo on busy mode when we get overwhelmed with orders is making them lose out on sales, they're literally a multimillion pound company how the fuck is one person costing them money. I was then told again last night that my performance is still shit and that I made a trainee manager feel uncomfortable? I had spoken like 3 sentences to this person and most of it was just standard “what order are we doing now?” work talk, maybe because im 6'4 and she was 5'2? I can't really help that? Idk sorry if this is just a stream of consciousness im just frustrated with a job that started fine then flipped to treating me like shit, what can I even do…?
