Lasted 4 months and quit!
– First week on the job sends me a list of priorities- I thank her to be polite – she calls me later and tells me that she doesn’t normally issue priorities and I need to own everything, like yelling at me.
– Find out first month in the job she had not given her floor people a raise in 9 yrs! I worked it and she gave them a 10% raise to a whole $15 an hour and didn’t tell me she did it and blamed the staff (and me)for not, “reminding”her
– she tells me I need to hold sales’ feet to the fire, I mention in next staff mtg setting a sales goal for a new product and she lowers her readers looks at me, and says,” is that a question?”
I can go on and on…. Horrible toxic boss. I was the 4th person in the role in 2 years.
