Need advice about new job and possibily quitting

So I got a new job at a small chain fast food joint/pizzeria. I've only worked there for a week and they have already made plans to make me a supervisor for 2 nights a week without discussing it with me. The fact that they did this behind my back makes me believe my job title will stay the same and I won't even get a payrise. Also because I am busy with uni I was considering just quitting. The only positive I can see from conitnuing to work there is that I can put myself as a supervisor on my resume. But can I still do this even if my job title doesn't change?

Tbh I don't really care about getting a payrise but f I cannot even put myself as a supervisor on my resume I was considering just not showing up to work until I get fired. My contract says I have to provide 2 weeks notice or they can deduct from my wages (part time) which is why I would rather get fired than to quit. I don't know if this will still stop them from deducting my wages but I thought it was worth a try.
