So this guy really prides himself on being accessible, so I figure if he’s going to make the rounds a month from now, I should take this opportunity to talk to him about company wide raises that NEED to happen. Like, cost of living increase at the very least.
But, I don’t want to be a dick about it. It’s a fine job and I don’t want to lose it in retribution, and he seems fine for a millionaire.
So how do I bring this up? He’s supposed to be going desk to desk saying hi. It’s an office environment, so it’s all open plan.
