Need advice: Caretaking setting

So I am a caretaker, I really enjoy what I do and the location that I work at. The home I work in is clean, well organized and the clients are rather happy with how they are cared for and treated. Warning: Genitals mentioned

We have a client at another home who they are attempting to move out and into our home, there are some issues staff has and some questions but as our team lead brought up our grievances she was brushed off and it was implied to her that she was the one who has the issues and was pinning them on us. She has invited management to come talk to staff directly and I am trying to come up with an effective list of concerns and grievances I have. The issue has become a little complicated but here we are.

  1. No one asked the clients already living in the home if they were okay with this. Upper management it seems has made the assumption that there will be no problems with people who cannot stand up for themselves.
  2. I have been notified by other employees that this client has a history of groping and grabbing staff inappropriately which is a very specific PTSD trigger of mine, they would have known had they brought this up. I can provide documentation of these triggers and my condition from my mental health professional.
  3. We were told there were a bunch of people looking to be placed into the house, it seems like only one person was ever really in consideration. There has not been a meet and greet with the client between staff or the clients who have been living here for years. Staff here was never even informed or questioned by anyone higher up until now. The team lead was the only one alerted of what was going on and was passing it on to us. Then the moment she was on a short vacation it seems like the organization just tried to expedite the process only for the process to slow again when the TL returned.
  4. I am confused as to why it is acceptable to keep “offering”, to move staff which is clearly more a threat than anything rather than find a new less disruptive location for the client.
  5. The client wants an animal they already have access to where they live, if they move they will have to find them their own animal and a staff will have to leave due to allergies.
  6. The client is making a large change in their life that staff has kept secret from the clients family on the assumption that it could make waves. Not only are they removing the client from staff that knows them and could be a help in what is sure to be a trying time, they again have made the assumption that the client's family may not be receptive and instead of speaking with the client and their family are getting ready to pass them on and have us struggle.
  7. I am physically a man, He/They, due to past trauma I am much more comfortable working with men and aiding them. This is one reason I work in an all male location. The client themselves do not have male genitalia and as mentioned has a history of sexually harassing staff.

I tried to post on jobs but they just auto deleted. Anyone have any advice or know where else to post lemme know.
