It has been discovered today that, per hour, some members of staff have been getting paid more than others where there's meant to be parity across the board on this particular job. This will now be rectified from bringing those who are getting paid more in line with the rest of us.
My advice needed is this, should the rest of us be compensated as this has been the case for a good few years, or will they be asked to pay back wages?
