I just recently found out the details of a previous HR case against my boss where the boss verbally abused employees and sexual harassment was alluded to. I haven’t experienced it but I think that is partially because the case occurred around the time I was hired. There were no real consequences for the boss. I want to leave, but I don’t want future employees to experience verbal abuse or sexual harassment. Any advice?
