Need advice – overreacting or not?

I recently started working as the admin assistant to the COO at company of about 70 employees. In my first month of employment, there has been little to no onboarding or training. The minimal training I received was my email password and to ask questions if needed. In my third week, I was told I would now be the assistant to the CEO as well as the COO, but with no pay raise. Basically, I have no idea what I am supposed to be doing in my current role, even after asking for A LOT of help. I expressed to the COO that I need more clarity in what my current role is, but rather than receiving clarity, I receive more responsibilities with no pay increase. Am I overreacting for thinking that this is a little off?
