I have an active Eeoc complaint against my employer. They have canceled my vacation ( I have 21 days of PTO and I have used only 7). The situation is also becoming very hostile for me at work. I have another position that I can start on July 1st but that position is contingent on me completing this position successfully. HR has not been helping me when I made complaints of discrimination, harassment and retaliation. They keep saying that all my claims are unsubstantiated which is totally false. My employer still keeps harassing me. It’s taking a huge effect on my mental, physical and emotional health.
Which government agency should I approach to get immediate help because I feel threatened by my boss ? And the HR will not help?
Will it help if I send an email to the CEO ?
What can be done to stop this? I’m struggling.
