I’ve been at my first job for over 5 years now and I just feel like it’s time for a CHANGE. I enjoy the work I get to do usually, and I love my coworkers. But I’m still young and just want to see different things and meet new people.
I work for a small business and everyone is very close. I don’t want my boss to feel betrayed or offended or anything. She’s said that she would help me look before if I ever wanted, but I still feel weird! I’m just wondering how you would tell your boss you want to search for a new job if you were in this position.
