So I work from home at an amazing company that I absolutely love… but I am DEFINITELY not paid enough for what I do.
I have another company that’s headhunting me. It would pay significantly more, but the culture of the company is extremely different and I haven’t heard great things.
Is it possible to leverage that other offer for a raise? I love my current company and would rather not leave, but I have bills to pay.
Not sure how to go about this without sounding like an asshole. Any and all advice is appreciated
