Okay, I’ve been having a lot of trouble with my manager. She doesn’t talk to us professionally at all. I have Siatica so I had to call in sick a few times. She told me I wasn’t following the protocol for calling in sick and that I’ve been taking too many sick leaves. I have to practically beg her to grant me my annual leave or shift swaps every time. I’m at my wits end and so frustrated. I have no clue what to do. Should I go to the HR? Should I quit?
