Need help with a class project about Antiwork!

Hi everyone, I'm writing an idea for a project in my class and I chose the Antiwork Movement and the Great Resignation. The project is to create some kind of campaign or idea regarding a social issue so I wanted to help educate my class about poor working conditions, bad benefits, toxic work environments, low wages, and what is happening with the Great Resignation. Our hope is that this would be a little 'unbiased' but I really think it would be hard to make it truly unbiased. We do hope it would provide resources for employees and also employers who want to do better for their employees. I understand that Antiwork is mainly about ending work. Hi everyone,

I'm writing an idea for a project in my class and I chose the Antiwork Movement and the Great Resignation.

Although there are a lot of economic issues, my group wants to focus on the social issues in the workplace that Antiwork has been great at highlighting.

This is a very new topic for me but I wanted to do something different than other groups were doing in my class, as most of them are doing more common social issues.

While doing the initial outline of our paper, I realized that my group is talking about Antiwork in a way that sees it as a labor movement that calls for better working conditions and better wages. I think that is mostly true but I did want to see what those in the community find most important to highlight about this movement.

I was wondering if anybody here has some good recent research articles or other solid sources about the Antiwork Movement or the Great Resignation. We want to look at the history and conception, and we want to highlight social issues that could change. Admittedly, I feel like a lot of the sources I find online using this search term are more concerned with saying Antiwork is fake news or something.

Thank you everyone, I appreciate it!
Ironically, I will be at work today so I will do my best to reply to comments when I get home.
