I'm not sure what to do, so I came here to ask. I've caught my boss lying on four occasions in the last week. Before this, I always thought of him as a friend and held him in high regard. We came up the ranks together and I was super excited about his promotion until he changed.
I'm really not sure how to protect myself with a deceitful superior. Get as much in writing yes. Try to have witnesses to important conversations. Is there anything else I can do to protect myself? I'm open to any and all suggestions. Thank you.
