So I finally stood up for myself. However I got written up for insubordination.
So what happened: Today a resident had an appointment in a town ~60 miles away. We've had winter road conditions with blowing snow, slick roads and high winds. I'm not comfortable driving in snow. I get anxiety attacks when in these high stress situations. (I'm on 3 different anxiety medications for reference). So I refused to take the resident to the appointment. This resulted in a write up for insubordination.
I'm calling my doctor to see if she can write something up for my anxiety diagnosis. I also took screenshots of the road report at the time we would have left. but is there anything else I can do before I talk to HR?
