Need to stick it to Company AND Union – Attorney Recommendations?

Does anyone have legitimate recommendations for California attorneys with large/regional company union experience? I can't get into specifics, but the general sense is that Union and company were in off cycle negotiations for pay changes. Over 60% the union is made up of one general job function, with the remaining 40% comprising 20 or so job functions. Huge increases were made for the one job function, and then, according to the union, the company declined to negotiate any changes for the remaining functions. Who knows if that is accurate or not. Needless to say, the remaining 40% are furious. The 40% generally feel unrepresented by the union and it seems the company doesn't care either. Now the 40% is wanting to explore all options. So, anyone familiar with major league labor attorneys? Also, what (nonviolent) actions can you recommend for the 40% in order to potentially bring about measurable change?…
