I am working in an organization. So we basically handle contracts so everyone get around 18 to 22 contracts. We were team of 6 members , one of senior recently resigned so all his 22 contracts came to me not a single contract was given to my fellow team mates. So now i am handling my own 22 contracts and my seniors 22 contracts total 44.
And to add on top of it they are giving me all other contracts coming to my team to me only.
They hired a fresher yesterday when I asked which contracts she will handle they simply said “What are you talking she is so new to get contracts, you teach her everything then we will give her contracts.” Please note in my profile everyone gets contract at beginning only and thats how they start their role so it is weird that person is not getting any contract.
So now i am doing more than double work with no support and I need to train a new person.
I really want to understand what made them do this, i don't know. Any views??
