Hello
I currently work as a aftersales service manager for a global mobile brand, i have been working with them for 8 months now without any salary increase (i asked many times) and many other problems that i tried to ask for solution many times without any update… Anyway I'm in charge of a repair service center that offered me a job this week because they liked my work and they said i have improved their work quality, but they said the net salary will be the same as my old job but there are other advantages such as better contract condition, plus a bonus (they said it depends on my work quality), and they will be responsible of paying my transportation (my current job doesn't do that) but the work is gonna be harder and more responsibilities ( will be in charge of 5 brans instead of 1) what do you guys think i should do?
