Negotiating a raise

Hi everyone! First time posting in this subreddit but I could really use some help. I work at a corporate owned vet office as a receptionist. I have been here for 3 years and i have worked through our hospital going from 24 hour clinic to a genera practice and the constant turnover of doctors and staff. I have been loyal and hardworking ever since. I started my job making $10/hr in 2018 and the company continues to move their minimum wage up. At one point our hospital was having such bad turnover that they brought HR in to discuss what was going on and everyone complained about pay. They raised everyone’s wage up 2-3 dollars and I was put at $13/hr back in July of 2021.
So now, our company has raised its minimum wage up to $13/hr and I got an email stating they would “feather up” my wage. I got .35 cents. 3 years. Never left. Worked my ass off and i got .35 fucking cents. I get paid .35 more than a newbie off the street.
An ongoing issue here at this clinic is that people leave all the time and still somehow end up coming back..i find out from 2 of those people that their wage from the previous job was matched when they came back and it’s $14+. So now I take this as rewarding the people leaving the company and screwing over the people who have been faithful.
Anyways, how do I go about negotiating my raise. My jobs is adamant about not discussing wages and keeping everything confidential (and we know why obv) so I don’t want this to come and bite me in the ass. If anyone can give me some tips or even a script It would be greatly appreciated lol
