You couldn't name-drop anybody. I live in a rural area and most people get hired based on family relations. If your cousin is trustworthy, then you must be trustworthy basically. God forbid you come from a crack-addicted family cuz no one will trust you to wash their dishes let alone work their register. At my current job, the manager has 2 of her kids on the payroll and one of my coworkers is incompetent but can't be fired cuz his mom knows another manager.
