Nespresso (Nestle) treats thier employees miserably (Part 1)

I worked at the Queen and Yonge (Toronto) location for 8 months (ish) Here is what i experienced during that time. They short pay constantly, if yiu look at your pay stubs they skim time off your pay every week. Ive not been paid 4 or 5 times and had to start a fight with hr to get my pay. They have a severe mold issue they are covering up telling employees to ignore it. 6 workplace harassment claims were ignored by HR at that store, hr refused to allow those being harassed to transfer. They offer some credit on your nestle account to buy coffee as an incentive, they then tax it, and half the time they dont even give you the credits so you were taxed for nothing. If you complain about any of the above they threaten you with firing for not following thier confidentiality agreement….. which…

This is a part 1 as stated in the title, im currently fighting them for my last pay (ill attach emails on part 2) i have the labour board in there investigating the mold issue, and im currently talking to a union rep.

I dont even work there anymore, but im putting in all this extra time to make sure that people at least know how this location is treating people, i know its roughly the same in our region since the regional manager and hr rep are the issues, so all of Toronto Nespresso is being treated like this.
