So I have a question. What things should I be asking my company. We are going from sales based commission 2% on total sales for the month to profit based commission. My worry is they will lie and say they paid more for an item I sold and say my profit wasn’t as high as it should have been. This will be new to me any help would be great. I live in missouri.
