I just learned today my new coworker (cool guy good at his job) hired almost a month ago now got hired on at 10 per hour, and almost immediately got a raise to 11 per hour. For reference I've been here 3~ months now and got hired on for 9 per hour and had to really push to get the position I was hired for and only got a raise to 9.50 with it. I've been doing my job and showing up on time and all my manager does is gossip about me and how I “don't do anything”
My manager keeps cutting my hours too
