So I'm just curious as to what you guys would do in this situation.
I set up a meeting for today to train two new coworkers over Zoom. One coworker didn't realize that I was still on the call at the end and made a comment about my appearance , whispering that I “definitely look different from my profile photo (on Zoom), that I “for sure don't look like that everyday”, and that “she can make a transformation too but damn“. I am so incredibly disgusted that someone would say this, especially considering this woman has 20+ years of experience in my field and is literally twice my age… I honestly already hate my workplace and this whole situation makes it worse.
How would you guys approach this? Would talking to my boss do anything? I have absolutely no desire to do any further training with this woman.
