I'm in tech. Been looking to switch employer for a few months, and found a good one offering a nice pay raise of 25 percent, along with the usual benefits for working in Sweden.
However, once I received the contract there was a line i the job description that didn't ring well with me.
Be an awesome colleague, accountable, willing to go the extra mile, always see possibilities and have a roll-up-your-sleeves mentality.
Luckily they removed this as soon as I mentioned it, saying it got added by mistake by copy/pasting from the job ad.
Tiny red flag, but all in all well handled by them in the end.
I'm so glad to be living and working in Sweden, specially since I joined this sub.
