New employers. Old toxic coworker.

My company was sold last year and they are finally getting around to interviewing the employees about what they want to do now that changes are coming. We all work remotely but they are consolidating departments and restructuring some departments. I only have one goal in all of this reorganization: to avoid one toxic employee. Do I just admit that upfront or is that going to raise a red flag that I might be a grudge holder or a problem? This person has the same job as I do but in a different division so there is a logical reason they might try to put us together. I would quit without hesitation or regret if I had to work with this person but I would prefer to avoid all of that hassle.
