I work for a very large multinational company doing IT security work. We had a consultant start today working remote. We had an MS Teams with him to go over our workload and find out what he was interested in doing. As soon as he joined the teams meeting he apologize for all the background noise because he was checking out at the grocery store. Seemed odd to me that you wouldn’t do your grocery shopping at a different time considering we were meeting him for the first time. It took quite gonads to do that in my opinion.
