I just started a new job a month ago. It's a temporary contract. I don't like it tbh.
Today I saw a job posting elsewhere for a REGULAR part time (not temporary contract) and applied for it. The thing is both departments have the SAME manager.
Should I talk to the manager about it and what should I say? I'm scared she might be like well why are you trying to switch jobs you just got here for the temporary line. I can just say well because it's a regular job so it's stable and not a temporary contract.
What are other reasons I can use? Also is it a bad idea?
